Sapphire Boutique's online return policy is the same as our in-store return policy. It is store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. The 7 day period starts as soon as the order is delivered to the shipping address.
We do not offer refunds.
For Store Credit/Exchange
All merchandise must be returned unworn and in the original condition with tags attached.
All sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, and underwear are final sale.
Once returned item(s) are reviewed and accepted we will issue a store credit that will be stored in our system and will be good for 1 year.

We do not provide return shipping labels.
